1. Where is Rhythora based?
We are based in Carmarthen, United Kingdom. All our orders ship directly from the UK.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders within the UK include free shipping. Processing takes 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link to follow the delivery.
4. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return guarantee. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days after approval.
5. How long does delivery take?
After 1–3 business days of processing, delivery within the UK usually takes 2–4 business days.
6. Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
